How information is used

Information is used to deliver assessments and courses, respond to applications and support requests, process purchases, improve the website, and understand which marketing leads to meaningful actions.

Services involved

Nervous System Mastery uses service providers including Typeform for applications, ThriveCart and Stripe for payments, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for site analytics, and advertising measurement tools from Meta and OpenAI. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and our service agreements.

When an application is measured through the OpenAI Conversions API, the email address is normalized and converted into a one-way SHA-256 hash before it leaves our server. The raw email address is not sent to OpenAI.

Ad measurement choices

OpenAI ad measurement is used for visits attributed to an OpenAI ad. It is enabled by default and can be disabled here at any time. Browser Global Privacy Control signals are also respected.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and recordkeeping. You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing jonny@nsmastery.com.
