• aim to find a personal or other human's story to share in the first person to emphasise each key theoretical idea

• each audio/video episode is ~8 mins content to share a core concept + 4-5 minutes guided exploration

• Experiment with asking Kelly to read a few questions at the end of each week's section as a way for me to answer + summarise the key bits of info, and have her reflect some of these back to me.

• Frame the teaching format as a series of INVITATIONS - lenses or perspectives - to take out with you into the arena of life // The first invitation I would make to you is to approach this material with a curious + experimental mindset, viewing each of the protocols as literal experiments, where you try them with an open mind, and the pay attention to how you feel afterwards
